The Guitar

This Dreadnought guitar, styled after the famous Martin D, is a favorite of old time and bluegrass pickers. Its stronger bass resonance complements the ringing tones of fiddle, mandolin and banjo. The perfectly book-matched back and curved sides are of Brazilian rosewood. Abalone inlay accentuates the black and white binding. The neck is carved from a single 4 by 4-inch piece of Honduran mahogany, with ebony fingerboard and rosewood head with abalone and pearl inlay. The top is red spruce. For specifications, click here.
