The award-winning Bristol Rhythm & Roots Reunion isn’t just a music festival. It’s an infectious, three-day music experience, bursting with creative passion, electricity, and soul - a celebration of the legacy of the 1927 Bristol Sessions recordings.
Headliners in 2019 include Wynonna & The Big Noise, St. Paul & The Broken Bones, Patty Griffin, Marty Stuart & His Fabulous Superlatives, Sam Bush, Mike Farris, Elizabeth Cook, Ray Wylie Hubbard, Jim Lauderdale, CAAMP, Ruston Kelly, Matt Maeson, Lucy Dacus, The Black Lillies, Steep Canyon Rangers, Darrell Scott, and many, many more.
Located along State Street in Historic Downtown Bristol, Virginia-Tennessee, visitors can dance in two states to more than 120 acts of live music on 20 stages. In addition to music, the festival offers a free Children's Day event, a 5k Run, Bluegrass Jam Camp, Yoga in the Park, and fine food and craft vendors.

Conveniently located just outside the festival footprint, the museum tells the story of the 1927 Bristol Sessions and its impact on the soundtrack of our lives.
