The  Annual Ramble Weekend welcomes outdoor enthusiasts of all ages for three days of awesome paddling events on Franklin County's Pigg and Blackwater Rivers.
The weekend kicks off Friday, May 17 with the Blackwater Blackout, the first of three paddling events. Enjoy delicious food, live music, and a three-mile float down the Blackwater River in the dark!
The Pigg River Ramble is an eight mile paddle down the Pigg River to Lynch Park for racers, or a four mile leisurely float to the Rakes Road Bridge for non-racers. Shuttle service for boats and paddlers will be provided at the take out site(s). After the race, the festivities continue with an awards ceremony, delicious food and live music.
