Planning Your Heartwood Event

With its soaring architecture and heart-stopping mountain vistas, Heartwood is the perfect setting for your special event - whether it's a wedding, reception, party, meeting, reunion, baby shower, prom, or another celebration you have in mind.

Up to 250 guests can enjoy music, dancing and food catered by our talented restaurant staff.

Rental Space

Below are layouts of the main Heartwood gallery space with available areas to rent labeled. There are also three boardrooms on the floor below which are available for rent. Click an image to view larger:

  • $2,000 (available only after 3 p.m. - no hour minimum)

  • $2,500 (available only after 3 p.m. - no hour minimum)
